Rachel is a single mother of 2 children. They recently left a domestic violence situation with her husband/son's father. Her son was diagnosed with a rare blood disorder, so he needs around the clock care, which makes it hard for Rachel to work regular hours. Her teenage daughter was also kidnapped and assaulted last year, and she continues to struggle with her mental health. Both children are autistic. Rachel is a cancer survivor and says that was the easiest part of her life compared to the issues her family is now facing. Please consider helping Rachel pay her overdue rent so she can keep her family safe during this difficult time.
