Mr. Artis is a 62-year-old male who is experiencing homelessness. He is a current resident at Caritas' The Healing Place seeking recovery. He is an exceptional employee at Walmart which allowed him to take some time off to seek recovery and better himself. Nonetheless, he has to return to work by the end of September in order to retain his job. Caritas has provided some funds, but it did not cover the entire move-in fees. Therefore, he is seeking assistance from the community in order to pay for his apartment application fee and remaining move-in fees in order to have a safe place to stay while continuing his recovery efforts and maintaining his job at Walmart.

Ms. Burton has been through an incredibly difficult chapter. She has experienced homelessness while working hard to survive and build a better life for herself. She has worked as a truck driver in a male-dominated industry, taking on demanding work and pushing through challenges that would be difficult for anyone. After being separated from her loved ones, Ms. Burton has finally reconnected with her family in Newark, New Jersey. They are ready to welcome her home, and she finally has the opportunity to be reunited with the people she loves. For Ms. Burton, this isn't just a bus ride. It's the chance to finally leave behind a period of homelessness and uncertainty and walk back into the arms of her family. It's the chance to sit with her loved ones, feel supported, and start rebuilding her life surrounded by the people who care about her. After everything she has endured and all the hard work she has put in to keep going, she deserves the chance to make it home.

Ms. Tompkins has survived more than most people will ever know. After experiencing homelessness and domestic violence, she has worked hard to rebuild her life and create a more stable future for herself. As a former military spouse, she has spent years supporting others and putting responsibilities ahead of her own needs. For someone who has fought so hard to get back on her feet, something as simple as a proper uniform can make a tremendous difference. It means being prepared for work, showing up with confidence, and taking another step toward stability and self-sufficiency.
