Mr. O'Brien is a 37-year-old, father of 2 kids who is experiencing homelessness at the current moment. He is currently working at Beauvine Burger Concept part-time and pursing his passion with IT Tech support. He recently experienced an incident where the GRTC ran over his foot so currently he is not able to work because he is going through PT so that he is able to gain his full mobility without assistance. His old pair of glasses were lost in his transition from shelter to shelter, and he is in need of contacts or glasses so that he will be able to see the order screen when he returns to work and so that he can see the computer screen when he continues his work in IT. Currently he is not able to pay for a new pair of contacts/glasses because the money that he had saved is going towards co-payments for this PT. A gift from the Giving Wall will give him the capacity to return to some normalcy and be able to support his 2 children.
