Mr. Leroy is experiencing homelessness and currently resides at Caritas. He is a dedicated worker at The Restaurant Depot and has 3 children to take care of. Because of his obligations, he decided to make a payment plan to pay for his federal taxes but with the interest accruing each day, he needs assistance paying off his bill, so that he can focus his attention on permanent housing. He would greatly appreciate the communities help with alleviating this burdensome bill.
