Cynthia a single mother with a 16 year old son at home and a 20 year old nonbinary child in a residential facility. As she navigates multiple challenges, her phone started to overheat randomly and is now shutting down every few minutes. She is currently unable to work due to constant migraine headaches and some mental health challenges. She really needs a phone to keep in touch with her kids, manage medical appointments, etc. This support would ensure Cynthia stays connected as she gets back her own health and stability.
