Ashley recently began getting back on her feet after experiencing several medical challenges and had been making progress toward financial stability. Unfortunately, she was involved in an accident at work and has since been hospitalized, causing her to fall behind on her bills, including an electric bill she had been actively paying through a payment plan. She is now behind on that payment plan and is requesting financial assistance toward her electric bill. If her power is disconnected, she may lose eligibility for the payment plan and face even greater debt when she is able to return to work.
